- Access the webapp and navigate to My Account.
2. Select Ride History.
3. Click the cancel button to cancel your ride.
4. Provide the reason for cancellation and click Confirm.
5. Your ride has been successfully cancelled.
Note: You can cancel the ride within 4 hours of booking to avoid cancellation charges. Cancelling outside this timeframe may incur fees or penalties as per the service provider’s policy.
